Quality Guarantee

Our quality guarantee is valid for 30 calendar days, starting from the date of delivery. In the unlikely event that you receive spoiled oil, Opzoek Artisan Oil PTY Ltd. will provide a replacement or refund, along with a R50 voucher. Any products found to have a manufacturing defect will also be replaced or refunded.

Policy updates

The store, refund and privacy policy may be updated without notice. Please review them periodically.

Liability

Due to the natural properties of the oil and the external storage factors, Opzoek Artisan Oil PTY Ltd. cannot accept any responsibility for the incorrect use or storage of the oil. The use of all skincare products could be harmful if used incorrectly, and it is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the proper use.

Payment

The service is provided by a leading payment platform, Payfast. It is secure and Opzoek Artisan Oil PTY Ltd. has implemented all reasonable security measure to further protect your payment information. With that in mind, we regrettably cannot accept any responsibility for the security of your banking information.

Coupons 

Coupons are distributed at the discretion of Opzoek Artisan Oil PTY Ltd. Validity is as per advertisement and is not redeemable for cash.

Recycling club

We are currently in the research and development stage of a ‘recycling club’ to collect, reuse or recycle used bottles. We value your input; please follow us on our social channels and share your ideas.

Planting trees

Opzoek pledges to make a monthly donation towards planting trees, to support carbon sequestration efforts. One tree will be planted for every 12 shipments we fulfil. We reserve the right to use any service provider.

Shipping

The cost of shipping is payable by the customer. Opzoek Artisan Oil PTY Ltd. endeavours to provide same-day processing of all orders, made before 15:00 SAST on a weekday. Delivery time is approximate, but should take between three and five days.
