You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it for defects and notify you of the outcome. Only defective products can be returned, we cannot accommodate the return of unwanted purchases.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or alternatively, a replacement will be sent to you. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. In the event that a returned item is found to be free of defects but is in a resellable condition, Opzoek Artisan Oil PTY Ltd. will initiate the refund, but an administration fee of R100 will be charged. If your item is not resellable, no refund will be granted: you will be charged the administration fee and your item will be returned to you.
Once a return is lodged, we will arrange for our courier to collect your defective item. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning the item. In the event that your return is denied, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your original item back to you. In the event that the item was found to be defective and you have elected to receive a replacement, Opzoek Artisan Oil PTY Ltd. will pay for the shipping cost for a replacement item.
